Connie has been making a trio berry jam, and Sharon has been making a chow chow relish and pepper jelly to prepare for and share with the class. They will be showing off all their specialty tools such as ice trays, a digital pressure canner, and more! They will also be bringing dried herbs and peppers for a demonstration.
